The Problem

CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot are only useful when populated with really good data. Without good data, pretty much every CRM feature like reporting, forecasting, automation, etc. becomes either useless or actively harmful. The problem is that updating the CRM with good data is hard, and traditional methods don’t work.


There’s two main ways CRMs get updated today:

  1. A rep manually writes notes, updates deal stages, fills in custom fields, and generally does a whole lot of data entry.
  2. A CRM integration ‘captures’ activity from email/calendar and copy pastes it into the CRM automatically.

But both of these fail. Why?

CRM integrations don’t organize data. They copy-paste unstructured data into your CRM, but to be useful data needs to be structured & organized into records (new contacts, deal stage updates, intelligent notes, custom field changes, etc). Activity capture is not good at that.

Reps can organize data into records, but, like many highly manual & repetitive things, they hate it and are bad at it. Human CRM updates become very error-prone and inconsistent (or nonexistent).

The agents work in the background — you never have to touch our UI or touch your CRM; just work as you would normally and our agents keep track of everything.

We integrate with over 50 business apps and CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho. We add new integrations quickly!

Our agents are tailored to your deal process and the information you want to record.

  • For example, one of our B2B SaaS customers really cares about creating notes after calls with information like what connectors an enterprise is using and whether they’re self-hosting or not. They want the notes associated with the correct opportunity, account, & all stakeholder contacts.
  • On the other hand, financial services firms we work with have tons of domain-specific custom fields, custom objects, and deal stages they want to populate from email exchanges.

Since our agents follow arbitrary plain English instructions, we can accommodate almost every deal process.

How did we arrive at this problem?

Our core product is a platform to build integrated AI agents that work in the background. Over the last 10 months, by far the most popular use-case we served were agents to update CRMs. We leaned into this demand and designed towards making these agents great. They’re capable of operating in very large CRMs with > 99% reliability on updates.
